Mr. Blizzards as seen in Super Mario 64.
Mr. Blizzards are enemies in Super Mario 64. They are snowmen with yellow and pink gloves attached to sticks that throw snowballs at Mario. They usually appear in Cool, Cool Mountain and Snowman's Land. Similarly to a Mr. I, they are defeated by circling around them.
Behavior[]
The most common behavior for this enemy is simply tossing snowballs at the player, having you circle around it as said above to defeat it. There are also a couple who patrol a bridge in Cool, Cool Mountain, attempting to crush the player. However, certain personalized copies can have additional unique behaviors for this enemy.
Phenomena[]
Melting Snowman[]
In some personalized copies, Mr. Blizzards can potentially be lured into water. This can cause the Mr. Blizzards to melt, providing a secondary way to defeat the enemy. In copies where Fire Flowers are present, these too can be used to melt a Mr. Blizzard.
Unique Snowmen[]
According to some copies, Mr. Blizzards look different from the others by having scarfs, tophats, carrots, and much more on them. Sometimes, the snowmen could have two arms to throw snowballs at.
