Fwooshes are cloud enemies in Super Mario 64. It inhabits Tall, Tall Mountain. It attacks by attempting to blow Mario off the mountain, removing his cap for Ukiki to grab.

Smiling Face

By the result of a glitch or personalization, some players have reported seeing the unused smiling face intended for Lakitu's cloud be used in place of the Fwoosh's face. The enemy behavior doesn't change, but it implies that helpful or friendly Fwooshes were planned at one point in development.
