Eerie's Model

Eeries are ghost-like enemies that first appeared in Super Mario World. They are ghostly dinosaurs similar to Boos that fly towards the player, usually in packs, dealing damage upon contact. They resemble the enemy Rex, also from Super Mario World, due to having spikes on their back, large oval-shaped eyes, and a white belly, resembling the appearance of Rex.

Super Mario 64 Manifestation[]

Eeries can reportedly appear in some personalized copies of Super Mario 64, usually appearing with the same behavior of Boos, with the addition of the Boo Horde phenomena on multiple occasions, likely due to the nature of Eeries as pack hunters in Super Mario World. However, some notable anomalies can occur, such as Eeries opening their mouths, and big Eeries appearing as equivalents to Big Boos, which can reportedly contain the anomalous Big Boo's Key object. Due to their similar body shapes, they sometimes appear using a modified and recolored version of the unfinished Blargg model.
