There are several areas that Mario traverse in Super Mario 64. There are fifteen courses in Super Mario 64, along with three secret levels, three switch cap levels and three Bowser levels which end off their given floors. All of these levels (except Cavern of the Metal Cap) can be accessed through Princess Peach's Castle, the game's large expansive hub world.
